I ordered from waterford.com because the glasses looked gorgeous on the site, but they’re even nicer in person. The crystal catches the light beautifully, and the cut pattern has just enough detail to feel special without looking overly fancy. I also love the shape of the glasses, they feel elegant on the table but still simple enough to use for a regular dinner. Really happy with my purchase.

I really wanted to love this vase because it looked beautiful in the photos, but the one I received had a small scratch and the rim felt a little uneven. For the price, I expected the finishing to be much cleaner.
Shipping was fine, but when I reached out, the response made me feel a bit talked down to, like I was being picky for noticing the flaws. It still works as a vase, but it doesn’t feel special enough that I’d buy from Waterford again

My Waterford order showed up faster than I expected and was packaged securely. I was a little nervous opening it because one corner of the outer box was dented, but thankfully the item inside was perfect, no chips, cracks, or anything like that. Once I took it out, it looked really beautiful. I’m only knocking off a star because the outside packaging looked a bit rough, even though it didn’t actually cause any damage.

I ordered this as a gift and it showed up way later than the delivery date they gave me. The worst part was there were barely any updates, so I kept checking and stressing over it for no reason. Total waste of my time and energy. The product itself was fine, but the slow shipping really ruined the whole experience for me.

I do like Waterford products, but the discounts on the site were frustrating. I had a promo code that seemed like it should work, and then once I got to checkout it didn’t apply to a bunch of the items in my cart. After shipping was added, the deal barely felt like a deal at all. I reached out to customer service and they were polite, but the reply felt like a generic response, like nobody really read what I wrote. For items at this price point, the offers and exclusions should be a lot clearer

I really do like Waterford pieces, and the site itself is easy to use. But the item I wanted was out of stock again, and I’m getting a little worn out from checking back and running into the same issue. It’s a good shopping experience overall, I just wish the availability was more reliable.
